What started as a simple college baking night with my best friend has turned into something much bigger.

I had a successful 15-year corporate career working for tech startups. Throughout that time, I played around with the idea of opening a cookie shop so many times, but kept putting it off as impractical to replace my corporate salary. I even had logos created, social media handles taken, but never followed through in a real way...until now!

I was afraid to leave my stable paycheck and benefits, but staying was becoming too expensive. I knew I needed to figure out what was next for me.

Wanting to do something more creative and build something of my own was a calling I couldn't say no to anymore so here we are!

Baked by Snooks is more than a cookie shop. It's a dream a long time in the making. A reminder the best things often come when we have a little courage to follow what truly excites us.
